Outlook Import/Export works with Outlook 2002 (from Office XP), 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013.
Use the same installer above and when it asks you where you want to install, select a folder on the USB thumbdrive.
You can then launch it directly from the USB thumbdrive on any computer with Windows XP or newer. Changes will be saved back to the thumbdrive, and nothing will be left on the computer.
